Refund policy

At Luxios, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple 30-day return and refund policy. Please review the details below.

SECTION 1 – RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, personal care items, and sanitary products.

Some health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

SECTION 3 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

SECTION 4 – EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@luxios.net

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, please contact us at support@luxios.net
 for the return address and instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) may be deducted from your refund.

SECTION 6 – LATE OR MISSING ORDERS

. We will investigate with the carrier and provide either a replacement or a refund.

SECTION 7 – GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once processed.
